GetEZ is a conceptual platform developed for my capstone project, designed to address key gaps in the home services market, particularly when compared to competitors like TaskRabbit and HomeStars. The platform focuses on enhancing transparency, communication, and reliability for both customers and service providers.

GetEZ introduces a rewards-based review system to encourage feedback and build trust, along with a task tracking system that allows customers to monitor service progress in real-time. Additionally, assumptive timelines help manage customer expectations, while tools for providers streamline scheduling and task management, ensuring a more efficient and satisfying service experience.
